When users are having issues with viewing/printing CME after completing a CME activity in Chrome, It is due to blockage of popups from "Cortex.acr.org" in Chrome.
To solve this issue, the user needs to click on the popup box with 'x' mark on the right side of the address bar and select "allow popup from https://cortex.acr.org" then the user will be able to view or print the CME certificate.
