Searching for cases using Tree view is based on the courses and categories assigned to the case when the case was created. Courses and categories are the "folders" used by RCMS to give a hierarchy to your group of cases.
Activity Designer and the Advanced Edit areas are two areas that use Tree view for searching cases. To search using Tree:
- Verify the radio button for Tree is selected.
- Select the product from the drop down list
- Once the product is selected, the courses and categories for that product are displayed.
- Click on the course and category which will be displayed in red. The cases within that course and category will now be displayed under Case List.
