"Inactive Account" message on new user access

User can receive an "Inactive Account" message when accessing New Case Wizard from direct URL (https://3s.acr.org/DEW/NCW) for the first time with the following conditions:

  • An approved but inactive RCMS account

  • An institution is added to the account

  • Account may or may not have SSO number

  • User account has case credits

  • User account does not have CMP for any product.

Update the user account with create case create case privileges for the product.
