Blank Page / Grayed out Icons when accessing the activity

 You will receive a blank page that may or may not have grayed out icons for an activity when the following conditions occur:


1.  User is trying to access the activity from a direct URL (URL for the activity) and not through a portal.

2.  User signed out of an activity and then tried to log back into the activity from the activity login box and not using the portal.
