Deleting Images and Annotated Images in Teaching File (TF) Editor

NOTE: When deleting images in Teaching File (TF) Editor, it is important to remember that images and annotated images are linked together so it is extremely important to select the correct image before deleting.


Delete Non-annotated Single Image


To delete an image that does not have a linked annotated image, open the case and access the Images tab. Check out the case. Select the image to delete by clicking on the image. The image will now be framed in blue and the [Delete] button will now be visible at the bottom of the box. Select the [Delete] button to delete the image from the case.



Delete Both Image and linked Annotated Image


To delete an image and its linked annotated image, open the case and access the Images tab. Check out the case. Select the non-annotated or parent image in the left Images box by clicking on the image. The image and the linked annotated image will now be framed in red and the [Delete] button will now be visible at the bottom of the Images box. Select the [Delete] button to delete the image and annotated image from the case.



Delete only the Annotated Image


To delete only the annotated image, open the case and access the Images tab. Check out the case. Select the annotated image in the right Annotated Images box by clicking on the image. The annotated image and the linked parent image will now be framed in red and the [Delete] button will now be visible at the bottom of the Annotated Images box. Select the [Delete] button to delete the annotated image from the case. The parent or non-annotated image will not be deleted.
