The application process for sites applying for renewal is essentially the same as for new sites; however, a facility’s previous recommendations will be carefully reviewed to ensure that recommendations for improvement have been implemented. In order to maintain accreditation, it is suggested that facilities begin the application process nine months prior to the expiration date of their accreditation.
To begin a renewal application, log into the Radiation Oncology Practice Accreditation System and click the ‘Renew’ button.
If this button is not available, you may already have an application open, or you may not be close enough to your renewal date. Please check the “Home” page to view open draft applications.
